Kath has had over 30 years experience in both residential and domiciliary care, she has qualifications in NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in management and Social care, she has been a relief warden in a sheltered accommodation complex.

Kath has many certificates in care work : -

• Moving & Assisting.
• First Aid.
• Dementia Care.
• Peg Care.
• Stoma Care.

• Health & Safety.
• Food Hygiene.

It is Kath's aim to have the highest homecare standards in her team through Training and individual development.

The Team

The Kcarers team of care workers headed by the Manager with NVQ level 4 and an RMA are trained to the highest possible standards, there is an ongoing training regime and each carer will attain NVQ levels 2 & 3 in homecare. All carers have a CRB check and to ensure consistent high standards each individual carer has an appraisal every three months, the end result being the client receives high quality care.
